ok, i noticed that I haven't been journaling as often as i would like, so I feel it appropriate to rant for once. So let's start with something that popped into my head about five seconds ago:
POKEMON. (warning, when ranting i may begin to swear mildly. just warning you guys so i don't get yelled at XP)

First off, why the hell can't they come up with a different storyline other than "Here's this kid's main objective: collect all these furry little bastards and become a master." I mean really. If i were Ash, I'd get SO pissed off! It's like "Phew, I just traversed this WHOLE frickin island and encountered pretty much every pokemon there is to see. I think I'm done." BOOM. 100 or more new pokemon. If it were me, I'd just be like "DAMN IT! WHY?! WHY COULDN'T YOU TELL ME THAT THERE WERE THIS MANY TO CAPTURE IN THE FIRST PLACE?! IF I KNEW THERE WERE OVER 400 OF THESE DAMN THINGS TO CATCH I WOULD'VE GIVEN UP BACK IN KANTO!" but that's just me.

Secondly, WTF is up with all their costumes? I mean, yes, I know very well that anime is not the place for normal clothing, but sometimes they just go a little too far. I mean, Jesse's always showing her midriff, even if they're at the top of a f*ckin MOUNTAIN! Isn't there anything called hypothermia in Pokemon? I mean, at least give her a coat she finds somewhere. . .be nice!

third and finally, what's with all the different kinds of frickin' cards you can get nowadays? When i was little it was you just got a pack and that pokemon would be that pokemon. When i was 10 i mean sure, I understood the concept of the dark pokemon and the light pokemon. but once they started getting into these "XD" (that's it, right?) cards, that just was kinda pushing it. Why can't they just stick to the original two versions: holographic and normal?

Oh my God, you read down to here? you must be high on something. but anyways, thanks for hearing me out. These are soley my OPPINIONS, so don't yell at me for getting stuff wrong. It's just how I feel. Thanks for understanding.
